We are a small social enterprise focused on connecting school students and adult groups to First Nations people. We achieve this by creating multi-day immersion programs to remote First Nations communities and homelands, where students and adults learn from Elders, visit cultural sites, and more.
If you are seeking a rewarding career where you'll work closely with a dynamic team and have a tangible impact in supporting connections to the world's oldest living civilization, a role at Red Earth could be a great fit for you.
We sweat the details, refuse to compromise on quality
We build trust by being honest and authentic
We are curious about ourselves, each other and the challenges we face
We are compassionate and tend to people with care
Red Earth designs powerful cultural immersion programs with Traditional Owners and their extended family clan who host school groups on their land. These are life-changing experiences for Traditional Owners and students alike, and we want more schools and First Nations homelands to access them.
Your job will be to open new school partnerships, continue our relationships with existing schools, own the sales cycle, and bring in programs so our delivery teams can do their best work and deliver life-changing programs for students and our First Nations partners.
This is a golden opportunity for someone with business development experience to join a team supporting First Nations families to connect with young people across the country.
Red Earth is hiring for full-time Business Development roles in both Sydney and Melbourne.
